Playing video games linked to breast-feeding, not crime

Published by Chris under News

From arstechnica.com:

breastfeeding-thumb-640xauto-982 Today I decided to conduct an experiment. I started calling people I knew, and I asked if they had one or more video games in the house. Then I asked if they breast-fed their children. To my great shock, most answered "yes" to both. One couple I contacted switched to formula after their child’s birth, and told me that they didn’t play video games. The data, based on my first round of calls, was conclusive: if you play video games, you are much more likely to breast-feed your children.

Felicia Day teaches Jimmy Fallon about World of Warcraft

As you can see above, Fallon isn’t much for Azeroth — while Felicia is rocking a pretty hardcore Warlock, Jimmy still has a tough time getting past the character creation screen. I very much agree with the commenters on the blog — if he can keep the show technology and geek-focused like this (and maybe get at least one character up to level 30 — all Felicia had to do was say "roll on a PvE server," right?), he might have a chance at filling Conan’s shoes.

"Following the success of "Lego Batman" and "Lego Indiana Jones" this year, not to mention the "Lego Star Wars" series the past few years, it’s no surprise that developer Traveller’s Tales is sticking with the little colored blocks.

But it’s taking them in a new direction. Dateline Hollywood has exclusively obtained information on the next six Lego-branded video games in the works, and they’re not the kid-friendly franchises that gamers have come to expect. Instead, Traveller’s Tales has licensed a number of adult-oritented movies and is adapting them into its first slate of M-rated Lego videogames."
