From news.cnet.com:
It wasn’t the first time a woman has been shown nude or partially nude in a video game. Nudity in gaming dates back all the way to the Atari 2600 when Mystique, a "Swedish Erotica" video game developer, started making adult titles for the console.
Since then, nudity of some kind (breasts, buttocks, or full frontal), has remained an infrequent occurrence in the industry. The vast majority of games containing nudity have been released on the PC, but some titles have found their way to consoles (here’s a full list).
So, The Godfather II isn’t unique. But nudity played an important role in this game. In fact, it was its only memorable feature.

From psxextreme.com:
Then there was more nudity sprinkled about the games, but hey, it fits. And as it turns out, according to European gaming site PS3 Sense, a sex mini-game should return in God of War III. Now, we’re not entirely sure what they plan to do, because team member Stig Asmussen seemed on the fence about the issue:
"The sex mini-games are a double-edged sword: we’re damned if we do, damned if we don’t. If we do include a sex mini-game and don’t add anything new to it, then people will say it’s getting old. If we don’t include the sex mini-game, then the fans will be in an uproar."

From 1up.com (via joystiq.com):
Ever see the episode of Seinfeld where Elaine tells Jerry that nude is “not a good look for a man?” Apparently Mr. Stubbs of Grand Theft Auto 4: The Lost and Damned didn’t get the memo.
If you’re brave enough, have a click above and watch as Mr. Stubbs talks business with a member of the Lost and Damned following a full body massage. The camera angles are reasonably tasteful until the 3:09 mark, but let’s just say that you’re on your own after that. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
